Very Friendly staff and willing to help with my booking mishap wanting to stay in sault michigan but decided to just stay with at this hotel! Great evening before jumping on the plane. Still very close to the chippawa county airport!

Easy check in, safe and convenient area, well lit parking lot. Building was very clean, safe and quiet on a Main Street. Breakfast was really good with hot and cold options, staff were friendly and helpful. Will stay here again when in the area.

The stay was lovely, however they have an automated text system that messages you at 7 and 8 am. That made me unhappy waking me up the day of my stay before I even checked in then on the day of departure.

Was in town for a weekend arriving on a Friday. The first night was fine. We didn't see too many people as we came and went. Saturday night was a completely different story. After returning from dinner around 8pm we noticed more families with teenagers in the lobby. We were in our room on the second floor and there was a constant thudding of footsteps and doors banging. This continued as we tried to fall asleep between 10-11pm. At 11pm, we called the front desk to make a noise complaint. The noise continued until around midnight. The next morning I noticed hockey gear in the lobby and it clicked, the young teens I saw were part of a team and used the hotel hallways as their own playground! You would think that with playing a game the next day they would have a early curfew and as a team be told to respect the other guests in the hotel. Will look elsewhere when I return to the Soo.
