So I like the room not a fan of what one guy at the front did, I asked to extend my stay for an extra day and he charges me a early check out fee and almost $70 more than what the price was supposed to be, plus no water for the whole day, plus still got charge extra. Should of got a free night for all that stuff that day October 22nd/2024 so not impressed

Our stay was only 1 night. The breakfast was nicely presented and good. The only thing was we were not told the hours that breakfast was being served. Other than that it was a good breakfast.

The front desk staff are the best we have ever met at a hotel. They are great in every way. They made us feel welcome from the time we entered the door. All four or five reception desk workers were fantastic. What a team! So impressed with them. They were cheerful, funny, helpful, and efficient! They should be used as a model of how it should be done for all hotels.
