Very pleasant stay
When we arrived there was a large group of children and our room overlooked the pool. It was a king suite and it was super loud, no way we could sleep. I immediately called the front desk, and they upgraded us to the family suite, they even had a kind staff person bring the new keys up so we didn’t have to go back to the lobby

I was very pleased with my stay at the Quattro. My room was clean and nicely decorated. I enjoyed a swim and sauna as well. Special kudos to breakfast staff especially the lovely lady who helped me determine what I could safely eat (I have food allergies). She even went to the kitchen and brought me a couple of slices of GF bread.
