The door only locked with knob, deadbolt didnt work. Door is warped and didnt close well. Lots of trash outside the rooms. Side of AC in window has open access to outside, which drafted cold air all night.

People screaming at all hours of the night. Mold in the unit I stayed in, fridge making hi pitched noises, microwave randomly turing on. Ac not working in the unit and half the lights didn't work either. There was also a leak in the bathroom. Overall it was terrible and wpuld not recommended.

This was the Worst stay I've ever had 8n the Sault. We stayed here because everything was booked in the Sault. I assumed because Hotels.com had it listed, I could depend on a certain level of quality. BOY was I wrong. This place is a flop house and just disgusting. But the thing that made it Terrible is that the description said it was "accessible" and it was a total misrepresentation of what was available. I struggled each and evey time to get my daughter's wheel chair into the bathroom. I am totally dissapointed that Hotels.com would represent and promote this place.

City hotels were are full. Took this one as a last resort. Staff were polite. Bed linens were clean. Room had not been cleaned properly, trash under desk and behind TV. Insufficient towels. Very poor lighting. Price gouging obvious due to high demand in city. Would not recommend even at half the price.

The door was so tight only my husband could open it. There was garbage i.e. cigarette butts, bits of paper on the ground outside the door. The walls and doors were dirty. The towels (only 2) were stained along with the bath matt. The tv did work fine as did the coffee maker. We asked about a place to go for breakfast and he said he only eats east Indian food so didn't know. You are to return the room key to an unlocked box outside the office. Not a good experience.

There was only one table lamp no other light Room was dark even in day time .There is no excust fan in the wash room and no dust bin. Gave only two towels even we asked they said they have a shortage of towels. No designated parking .Room floor was so dirty that without sandel you cannot walk. There was a coffee machine but didnot provide the coffee cups.Not recommended

There was blood on the pillow and sheets. The tv didn’t work properly. There was a bath Matt covering a hole in the floor. The tub was absolutely disgusting with dirt and rust. The chair had stains on it.
