The night we checked in, the girl was not welcoming AT ALL . She didn’t tell us about any of the amenities or restaurants hours or about the parking. Very unfriendly. It was very loud in the hallways late at night and kids were running up and down the hallways at 7:00. We travel to Sault Ste Marie often but, However, My husband and I wouldn’t stay there again. VERY DATED!

Very nice pool, showers and outdoor hot tub and sauna. Indoor hot tub was not working at the time we were there. The pup was great for drinks and watching sports on their many tvs. The restaurant is very nice and served delicious Chicken parmesan, however, the penne noodles weren't cooked enough for us but other than that it was delicious. The room was nice nothing fancy but clean.

Our overall stay was wonderful. However, our breakfast experience was disappointing. When we arrived, the staff (young lady) simply asked if we had a voucher—no greeting, no smile—just handed us the menu. Unfortunately, her lack of customer service left a negative impression and affected the start of our day. Hopefully, management will take this as an opportunity to address the importance of a warm and welcoming approach—especially in the morning, when a simple smile or greeting can set the tone for a guest’s entire day. A friendly “good morning” goes a long way in making guests feel valued.
