Fabulous Relais & Chateaux hotel located in the middle of the upper part of Provence (Haut Provence), excellent service, beautiful property. We were upgraded to the Villa des Anges with a large living room and full kitchen, semi-private natural and organic pool. We enjoyed a superb dinner chez "La Table de Xavier Mathieu", a one-star Michelin restaurant, the "Pistou" soup was extraordinary, the sommelier and servers were great. Xavier Mathieu is the chef and owner of the property, which has been with his family since the 1980s. The vista is beautiful and you can see the cliffs of Roussillon from the salon.

The place and the people were truly exceptional. This was one of the best hotel experiences I have ever had — warm, welcoming, beautifully run, and memorable in every way.

We loved Le Prieure! Our room was spacious and beautiful. One of the nicest bathrooms we’ve ever had in a hotel. The outdoor dining on the terrace was just lovely. And the pool was calm and wonderful. The hotel is perfectly situated such that you can walk to restaurants and easily get to see the sites in the older town area. We would highly recommend it. One of the most beautiful hotel stays of our lifetime. And the staff was so helpful.
