My room was very comfortable. The Clea Ning staff took care of the room while I was out, ensuring everything was clean. The hotel's location is very convenient to dining and shopping, as well as sites of interest.

This was the absolute worst place my husband and I have ever stayed at. Everything about this hotel is poor on the lowest level. Our whole stay left us disgusted and totally angry. The property conditions and facilities are awful. Things look old and left to deteriorate. In the room, the shower is atrocious and maddening how bad it is. The shower head is calcium encrusted and awful, the bathtub is nasty looking with rust and stains, and the cherry on top is the horrible curtain rod that falls off the wall and can’t hold the curtain in place. You actually wonder if you are getting dirtier by trying to use that shower. There was black mold in bathroom light. The faucet leaked perpetually. The hair dryer was disgusting. The wall power outlets are so old that they can’t even hold a plug. This hotel is decrepit and depressing. The staff is excruciatingly bad.

Room was not clean, jeans and comb left from previous person. Bathtub was filthy. Sheets were stained. There was a huge hole in the middle of the mattress and there were roaches. No security all doors propped open or just pull to open

The front desk staff was very friendly and recommended us the take room in 3rd floor because they were supposed to newer and better rooms. Unfortunately the room had mold everywhere (bathroom, ironing board ) The coffee maker had missing parts so couldn’t make coffee, the refrigerator made loud sound so couldn’t sleep well and the microwave was filthy. The breakfast was horrible. We were supposed to stay for 2 nights but checked out after 1 night.

The location is good, a short drive into town and there are a few restaurants, shopping and a market close by. The staff was friendly. The room needed some repairs. The drawer face was off one drawer, the sink had a (what looked to me) like a temporary repair to the drain, which we had to re-align when we discovered that it was draining onto the carpet, which explained why there was a dehumidifier in the room. The sheets and towels were clean, but overall the hotel needs some updating and some repair. We did not bring this up to the staff as this had to be massively obvious and they were filled to capacity due to the hurricane in Florida and it was only a stop on our way further north out of the path of the storm.
