The room was neat and clean, convenient location to dining and gas, 5 minutes from a nice Walmart, 25 minute drive to downtown. Decent basic breakfast. The grounds were nice near the hotel lobby and in the parking lot itself, but back by fence to walk dog was a lot of trash.

Floors were dirty, microwave dirty, bathroom sink dirty, looked like blood or ketchup on the phone. Just nasty. Manager will tell you to leave if you don't like it. Just awful customer service and be prepared for him to call the police if you speak your mind or video record him.

After receiving the room keys and rolling the luggage cart to the room on the 2nd floor, as soon as we walked into the room, there were people in both beds. THE ROOM WAS STILL OCCUPIED! This could've been a very dangerous situation! When we went back downstairs to advise the person at the desk, he was not concerned & gave us keys to room 104. The room was clean; however the bathroom was in need of repair. The shower area had numerous patch spots. Also, the toilet tank was broken into 3 pieces, so we were cautious not to let any of the pieces fall.

I really didn’t like the short time you had to get breakfast! You can not feed half the guests in the short time allowed for breakfast. There was a missed area on the floor that says the room was not mopped. Towel on the floor under the ac to hold the leaking water condensation. The vending machine’s prices were cheaper than at the convenient stores. The price per night was the lowest I could find and not bad for the overall quality. It was quiet, wal-mart very close, drugstores Close and a few food and gas places very close.

Room was hot. AC didn’t cool well. Splatter of “something” on the base of the bed. We actually left and had paid for the night. Totally worth leaving though. We don’t have super high standards but the room smelled of bleach or some kind of cleaner. It wasn’t a pleasant smell AT ALL.

Great hidden Gem
Great very clean hotel! Speedy check-in with knowledgeable staff member. Room had been renovated and easy to get to on first floor. The bathroom was very clean with everything I needed. Lastly, bfast was good with yogurt, hardboiled eggs + pancakes. Would definitely stay here again!

I now recognize the common them in this bad visits
The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable, while one pillow had a stain. Did not use the shower/tub, so aside from the sink and a wash cloth the bathroom was untouched. The TV did not work (from the buttons) and the remove batteries were corrodes, so that was a minor loss. Strong wifi. It all feel apart due to my interaction with the non-native English speaking desk clerk. He demanded a credit card for 'Incidentals,' of which I told her to turn off any ability I had to encounter incidentals. Then he said it was a "security deposit," but that I should not worry because my card would not be charged - O,K. then why take it? He said I could leave cash if that was my preference. Sorry, but I don't trust him with either. I asked did I look like a member of KISS or Motley Crew and at 64 did I look as if I presented a risk to the integrity of the room or the hotel at large. Due to his perceived attempts to load me up with charges, I took an exit video of the room before I went down to take an apple and a small bit of Raisin Bran so I could hit the road again my 6:30. It only takes one bad visit for me to stop using a brand, and this visit to Jakarta Savannah was the one.
