I arrived in the evening.No one at the reception.i called and called…finally a lady arrived, seems like I disturbed her mojo.The room was reaching of marihuana, the AC was defective - the humidity was high, so it was almost like outside.All of a sudden I hear the beep every 5 seconds from the alarm system that needed battery.I called a guy and he took the system to refresh the battery.He never came back. I needed some water , went downstairs and again no one there…this was at 10 pm …called and called.Finally another woman came, I just took a peek in the office because no one came.It was so dirty I cannot even understand how people are allow to live in such a dirt in a hotel. While I took my water a chineza man was running shouting and screaming, agitated in the lobby.Why? No one knew and no one really care. Crazy place. Miserable hotel in which people that work there are horrible workers. Horrible.

The staff was lovely. The front desk staff were so helpful and kind even on the phone. I would definitely stay here again.

Toilet was not clean. Towels were dirty. Smells strongly of mold/mildew. Front desk staff told me to come down at 6:00 a.m. for the airport shuttle. I explained to her that I needed to be at the airport by 6:30 a.m.. when I showed up 6:00 a.m. In the morning, no one was at the front desk until 15 minutes later and then when they did a ride they told me the shuttle doesn't start running until 7:00 a.m. And that the staff from the previous night mix up her days.

We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived. This hotel is much nicer than the rating would lead you to believe. We travel through Georgia often and have now found our place to stay.

Pool was open thankfully bc that was one of the reasons we chose this hotel but it was super cloudy. Nice little sitting area outside the pool. Hotel has a lot of food options nearby. Clean & updated rooms, comfy beds. Bad is No pool towels available & couldn’t find someone to ask so just grabbed the kids beach towels from the car. No toilet paper or towels inside room, no water pressure & AC knobs missing (it wasn’t that cold in the room). It was an updated hotel though & had easy checkin checkout.

This was a nice hotel in no particular order staff, room and parking. I found the breakfast to be not to appetizing. No eggs or bacon. Minus the slack breakfast the hotel was nice and I would stay there again.

The staff was really nice, the hotel its self looks nice to the naked eye. My room was ok, water pressure is nonexistent, and title in bedroom was falling off. If I could spend a little more I’d stay someplace else
