We lived Savannah! Hotel was good.

It was a quick stay, but beds were comfortable, breakfast was good, place was nice, location was great. Parking was not easy and we received partial information from the hotel. Not good, we had to pay 40 dollars for parking AND got a ticket in the overflow lit because of lack of information by the hotel.

Not what we expected

We were very disappointed with our stay at this hotel. I chose it after reading the reviews, but did not experience any of the positive features others mentioned. Our room was out dated, box springs were torn and the carpet was so filthy, I wouldn't walk bare foot or even with socks. Our room was on the ground floor, and we were woken up at 5 am by a man screaming expletives on the phone outside our door. The breakfast "buffet" was sparse to say the least Companion tried two cups of the coffee, but couldn't drink them. They hot food trays wete empty both times we tried to eat breakfast and the floor in the dining area was dirty with trash under the tables. The only positive was the location, close to dining and shops. The photos of the hotel need to be updated too. Very misleading.

Do not recommend.

The room smelled so bad after mold we couldn’t sleep so we asked to be moved to another room. This also smelled like mold. We barely slept the first night. The second night same issue and then we woke up at 3 am with bug bites all over. So we left at 3 am as we were so uncomfortable. The hotel is a the very end of the district far from most things and at night it is not safe with many people around doing illegal things.

At check in, the counter staff was rude. It is a very noisy hotel as it is by a major roadway. There is no white noise machines and the description on Expedia is misleading.

The room was dingy and dirty. There were someone else’s clothes hanging in the closet when I entered the room. The room had a musty smell, and the air unit was not working. There was a connecting door, and I could hear the person in the next room snoring the entire night. There was also only one functional lamp in the main room.

Location, is perfect for going to the the river walk . Great for restaurants. My only complaint is the noise, Bay Street is loud with trucks and loud cars . Rooms are not very sound proof . Great location to get to trolleys and ghost tours .

Beds were not made for 2 days; bathroom was not cleaned for 2 days. There was no clock or radio in the room. Bath towels and bed sheets were only changed once out of 4 days. The only person who knew what she was doing was Mayra! She knew how to make the beds properly and how to fold and place the bathroom towels correctly. Parking was atrocious The only good thing about this place was it's location Otherwise avoid this place!
