The breakfast was good the room was awful felt like we were sleeping on wet sheets housekeeper took forever to get fresh towels the lock on our door was broken muggy smell as soon as we walked in felt wet the whole time

The people that is to clean the room if they don’t have on the list to replace the towels replace the toilet paper and to clean the rooms. The staff don’t do anything. Have to call front desk to send someone to do the cleaning.,!

Smoking by construction workers, dust from construction as we have COPD and post lung removal surgery. noise by other customers (smoking pot outside our window at 2AM.) and construction and street workers. extremely overpriced for parking at hotel and in the city. Broken safety bar in bath. Food was ok. Homeless and beggars everywhere. Trash on streets and around sidewalks. Didn't feel safe walking.

Overall, this was a great hotel for us. We wanted walkable, easy access to the tourist things and this location was perfect. The staff was a 10/10. They were so kind and helpful. They remembered us and we talked like friends. I appreciated the warm southern hospitality they showed to me!
