We only stayed here because of the hurricane knocked out our power and almost everything was booked, this was the lowest I could find for my liking. I did not want to take a shower. Rust all in the tub, mold and cracks in floor of bathroom. Room smelled like straight bleach, sheets and blankets were damp. Sheets, blanket and pillow cases were stained. Dirty/filthy hallways floors, dogs barking. I was so glad that our power came back on, we said forget the other days we had booked and checked out. We took the loss. I can say the air worked fine. It was very cold. I really got what I paid for but we had no choice at the time or be without power. They are remodeling but they definitely have some work to do. I WOULD NOT BE BACK. Also after checking in, I went back to the front desk letting them know all of the things and that I would not be staying another night and did not want the next two nights due to the filthy room. He kept telling me he has to talk to manager. We checked out the next morning, manager tried to pretend he wasnt the manager. So we just left. HORRIBLE!!!!!

Great...!!! Super fast check-in, rooms were spacious and clean, good parking, quiet area. Would love stay here again when I visit Savannah, this will be my to go place with lots of food options around.

What made my overall stay so awesome was the staff! Imran (Front Desk Agent) was a sweetheart and very accomodating, with a gentle kind spirit. He even made me popcorn when he knew I was leaving. He gets an A in customer service. When I first got to the hotel, I met Pooshan and he made me really feel welcomed! He apologized for the dust and noise which couldn't be helped during renovations. Not only did he consistently ask if I needed anything, it was genuine. The front desk staff superceded customer service on every level. I gave an "average"rating for my room because I thought it could have been a little more cleaner. It certainly was not nasty, but I know it could have been better. Also not all the lights worked in the room which made the room appear to be dark. The curtains were too long which stopped the air flow from the air conditioner to work at its full potential. Also visitors including some staff would go out the door (right next to my room) to smoke and would leave the door open for re-entry. Due to no working key entry pad, that posed as a safety hazard. There needs to be a working key entry pad available on all entries, preventing anyone off the street from just walking in. That made me feel a bit uncomfortable. I'm not a smoker, so I'm a little challenged with cigarette smoke. Overall, these are easy fix issues and will not stop me from a revisit. How can you fix what you don't know, therefore I felt the need to be honest.

Upon arrival this property looks like it's not even open for business. The parking lot has construction equipment in it and you can't access part of the lot. When we walked inside there was a funky smell and right past the lobby is all torn up also for construction. I am all for a place getting a face lift! The man created us and asked if we wanted a beverage. He acted like it was a problem that we came in at 3:30 pm when he called earlier in the day to remind us that check in started at 3pm. On our way to the room the carpet has bleach stains all the way down the hallway. Our room was clean and smelled good but there were stains all over one of the comforters and the tub was rusted and stained which made it look dirty. I walked back to the desk to let them know about the stains on the comforter I noticed the door in the middle of the hallway was propped open with a rug to go out to the parking lot. So anybody could walk in unnoticed. When I asked the guy at the front desk about it he told me it's people that are staying in the hotel that go out to smoke and forget their keys. When I said why don't we shut it so that the females staying in your hotel feel safe he just ignored me. I moved the rug when my daughter and I went out to dinner and shut the door and when I came back it was propped back open. We were just sleeping there for one night so we managed but when we left at 5:00 a.m. the next day it looked like there were people living in the hotel.

Definitely does not deserve an 8 rating.
Not sure how this hotel has an 8 rating. It’s a dump. Floor had something on it that was slippery, hall way carpet were dirty and unkempt. Price is entirely too high for what you get. Will never stay there again.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a fantastic experience! The large pool in the courtyard was a hit with my kids, providing hours of fun. The complimentary lemonade and popcorn in the lobby were a delightful refreshment after our long drive. The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. I would definitely come back and highly recommend this hotel to others!
