the room was great the staff was wonderful.. The pool was not heated and the hot tub was being filled with cold water.. I booked this hotel because they had a hot tub and pool inside. So I was very disappointed that it was not working as advertised.

The door to my room had a gap in it - odd that something like that would be there. Front desk was only person on property at 8:30 at night. Had no towels in my room and she had no one to bring them to me as she was checking in customers. No water pressure in shower and hit wasn’t all that hot. Not gonna recommend this location nor will I stay there again

The beds were done but the room was not cleaned at all. It had food and crumbs all over. When we asked reception they changed room to a different one. However, even that was not clean. It was late at night so we didn’t have time to change hotels (with sleepy kids). So we spent the night there but I wouldn’t recommend. We reached out via Expedia for refund but the hotel wouldn’t even get back to them.
