Customer service exceeds expectations. Employees courteous and hard workers during hectic morning breakfast. Embassy Hotels was clean. Huge lobby and lots of seating area down stairs. Pool area was ok. I was unable to sit around the fire pit outside due to the gas fumes. I thought it may be a leaked but I smell that odor in certain area of Savannah!

My sister and I traveled to Savannah to attend a graduation program. The hotel was as described. The room was spacious, the beds super comfortable and the bathroom was a very nice size. Everything was clean. I can't say enough about the staff though! We had some hiccups with the parking garage that staff helped us get resolved quickly!! We had no issues at the breakfast wiht food running out. I want to give a huge THANK YOU to the ladies that work the desk. They both were quick to answer any questions and help us with anything we needed. Unfortunately Savannah was put under a boil water advisory and the hotel provided bottled water for the guests. I will definitely recommend this hotel to my family and friends!

Highly Recommended

Our room was very comfortable and the extras like free breakfast and evening happy hour made the stay wonderful. The only glitch was that we had our dog, which the hotel accommodated very well, but there was no place on the property to walk her. We can certainly recommend this hotel.
