We showed up at check in at 4 and then waited an additional 20 mins to get our room. We get to our room and my wife showeres as I’m packing bags up to the room and she notices mold all over the bathroom the shower, the ceiling, and the vanity so we go back down show pictures to Thressea and get moved to another room which again has mold in the bathroom and again in the shower on the floor and ceiling. So again we go speak to the same person and she just looks at us and says “this just isn’t the hotel for you” I’m not sure who this hotel is for that wants mold in their shower and rooms. So she cancles our stay after my card was charged near $600 and isn’t willing to give me any sort of receipt or statement about it to show I wasn’t staying and was given a refund so I had to hope they actually cancled it. As well as her whole attitude was not caring when I said well I need to go unpack our second room she gave such a careless and sarcastic “okie doke, bye” as I was the issue and not her facilities. I couldn’t recommend this hotel whatsoever

Staff was great. Nice room. Walked most of the historic district! Took a grey line tour to Tybee Island. It was awesome! Did a tone of great sightseeing and dining on our 3 night stay.

First time here and in love with this town. Lots of restaurants at a walking distance. Amazing history. We didn’t ride the hop on off bus but planning on next time. Hotel was clean and in a very sentric location, close to everything to see.
