The best part was the reception workers. All were friendly and helpful. They are a real plus! Location is great. Building needs to be updated. Rugs in hallways are stained. Our first room smelled of mold and mildew that we moved right away. Second room was smaller and had rusted door hinges, no bathroom fan, and mold in bathroom. Beds were comfortable but room was only cleaned once in 4 days. Breakfast had a great selection that rotated daily.

This is a great hotel in a fantastic location. I would recommend the self park as the valet line gets a bit long near check out time. Also, it was summer and the AC in our room was not working. They did give us a fan. Breakfast was great and we loved our balcony overlooking River Street.

Convenient location! Right across from Riverstreet. Best continental breakfast. Loved the large open dining area and a good variety of food to choose from. Staff was pleasant and friendly. Room was very clean. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

They hotel did not have air-conditioning in the rooms for our entire stay and from my understanding they didn't have it for several days prior to our stay and we were not informed until we checked it and that was also later then the 4pm check in.
