This is where we ALWays stay in Savannah. We love the Hotel, I enjoy the balcony at night..our view..beds..the only other comments are: A more diabetic friendly breakfast items, even some decent non sugared cereal and some almond or oat milk..we need to start our day without a load of carbs! Also, the parking fee really is a bit much.

Friendly staff, great location. Pillows were hard, not comfortable. Dining was down at water front- at night- not well lighted. Parking was $45.00 for vallet- or $25.00 at a parking garage where your vehicle wasn’t as secure. Hidden fees- had a bill for $78.00, which was for parking and ???????

Property was quiet but quite busy. My only complaint is that the rooms need to be modernized. The carpet was old and stained and the bathroom itself was dated (old tile, old stained shower glass. Also, the shower and sink had to run for approximately 15 minutes before the water would heat up. Sink drainage was very bad.

The room haa a smell of mildew, qhich indicares mold. This ia an old bldg in the hiatorix part od Savannah. They should check for mold ans removw thw mildew smell. It simewhar gave mw discomfort in my.chest, otherwise ir was dine.

Great Location to River Street and Downtown!
Great location and walking distance to River Street and historic downtown Savannah. Hop on Hop off bus tour stop right outside the door of the property. Breakfast was adequate. Consisted of a pancake machine, yogurt, hard boiled eggs, cold cereal, instant oatmeal, precooked cheese omelettes/scrambled eggs (alternated days), sausage, biscuits, toast, bagels, coffee and juice. A few packaged items. The ladies working in the breakfast area were friendly and the area was kept stocked and clean. The front desk staff was friendly. The valet parking was expensive but convenient. The parking garage is the same area that the valet parks the cars. We can't review the parking garage/prices of that location as we only used the valet. It looked safe. The staff working valet were friendly. We had an issue with our window shade not working in our room and called down a couple of different times during the day and it was never addressed. Small rooftop swimming pool and small hot tub were clean. Bed comfortable and room was quiet on the south side. Concierge in the lobby each day was helpful in planning activities during our stay. *If you like war history take some time to visit the National Museum of the Mighty Eighth Air Force. It's only 10 miles from the hotel and it was worth the visit!! P.S. HIE- tell the concierge to recommend it. We would stay here again.

This hotel advertises daily room service on line but does not provide it. We returned each day to a room with no towels, coffee, etc. and had to request service as late as 7:00pm. One afternoon check in staffwas just rude when I requested a towel exchange. Others were nice and helpful. The view from the rooftop pool was very nice and relaxing. Both concierges were nice and helpful. Good location.
