We were very disappointed with the room we were given. we booked and paid for "Standard Room, 2 Queen Beds, River View (High Floor)." We were placed on the 5th floor. River SIDE view Could not see the river. Feel we were cheated by paying more and getting less. Everything else was great and enjoyable.

I drove six hours to spend two nights at your facility and the air conditioner in the room did not work and was not fixed the entirety of my trip. Have not been compensated anything. The elevator is held together with blue painters tape. also, homeless are coming in and out of of the lobby and downstairs bathroom.
