I have stayed two times in the last three weeks. The first time I had to call and have the bedding changed because there was very apparent blood. There was a lot of hair in the shower, and the vent made a lot of noise. This last time, there was a client next to me that had a very loud domestic fight, and then a very loud “makeup” session. Then late that same night I took my dog outside for a bathroom break, when I went to go back into the building my keys did not work. I walked around to the front entrance and the automatic doors would not open. I had to pry open with my hands. The night clerk did make me a new key. There was A LOT of dog poop all around the property, and cigarette butts everywhere. I was very disappointed!

I liked that this facility felt a safe and quiet (other than some children being loud and playing out in hallway that their parents didn't seem to mind) place to stay. I did not like how at time of check in and check out (BOTH TIMES!) the entrance to the hotel was blocked due to others parking their vehicles IN THE ENTRANCE WAY, causing an inconvenience to others (including us) who were bringing their belongings into the hotel. We had to go ALL THE WAY AROUND to the handicap area to come up that way with our carts that carried our belongings. THIS IS UNCALLED FOR!!! There should be a sign posted on the posts at the entrance stating to DO NOT PARK HERE. All those individuals had to do was MOVE THEIR VEHICLE UP PAST THE ENTRANCE for others to be able to utilize the walkway. Upon arrival, a truck was parked, blocking the entrance for carts of those bringing in their belongings and all the person was doing was unloading their child to walk into the hotel! I asked this individual if she was almost done and was going to move the vehicle, but she said something nasty. Why didn't they just park in a parking spot or MOVE UP!? I even heard the mother who was unloading the child say, "This is the third person that has said something..." Yes, well, apparently she didn't get the hint from the first person that asked her! Inconsiderate.My mother was with me and she is 72 years old trying to push a cart with belongings!!!!! Management needs to address this issue!

After arriving at the property at 1:00 am, we were told the key card machine was not working and hadn’t been for the past 3 days. We were told that while we were welcome to stay, we could only get into our room with the help of the front desk and their master key. Meaning, we would need to be let I to our room each time we left by waiting for the front desk to let us in. We understand there are malfunctions with computer systems. However, 3 days is unacceptable in a civilized area. The remedy..we had to search out another hotel to stay in.. after a 4.5 hour drive, I wasn’t to pleased to be hotel hoping at 2:00 am!

Three main areas of concern: first, apparently their room keying machine didn’t work (for 2 days - really!) and so you need to wait for the front desk lady to be free and go up with you to open the door for you, every time! Second, it wasn’t stated anywhere that there’s a flat $80 pet fee, regardless. Finally, the staff just wasn’t friendly at all. Not going to be staying with them again.

Easy to locate, clean, our suite had a lot of space and I really appreciate the ability to have pets. The staff seemed irritable and were not super welcoming but the facility itself is nice. Decent gym and indoor pool as well.
