It was a nice hotel. Loud being on the street side. The free drinks were a nice touch. Staff were nice just slow on requests. Across from the river front which was nice. Easy to walk around and see the all the squares and pick up hop on hop off for sightseeing.

So our bathroom had not been cleaned, dirty towel on the floor no toilet paper and lots of hair on the floor. The bed closest to the door had stained sheets.

The hotel lobby and location were great as well as the staff. However, the rooms were dated and the air conditioner hard to work and noisy. I have stayed at the same family of hotels and had much more up to date rooms.

Convenient and Comfortable Inn on Bay St.

Lovely hotel right in the heart of everything Savannah. First impression came from the valet/bellhop team that was very friendly and helpful. Lovely decor upon entering lobby. Nice rooms, comfortable temperature. Great location right on Bay Street, close to the riverfront and the lovely Squares. All these things made for an easy and convenient stay.

Although the room was great, they don’t tell you about the fees until you get there at check in, which is a few hundred dollars more than your booking. They also don’t advertise that it is cashless, and valet parking 48 dollars a day and it’s a hassle to ask someone to retrieve your vehicle when you want to leave the city. The breakfast is horrible so do not get the breakfast included we were at McDonald’s every morning after we requested our vehicle from valet. And although they refund you for the “damage” fee my booking was 1200 and was charged 1642 and only got 144 back so the holiday in across the street with free parking and the balcony will definitely be more beneficial. Severely overpriced with basic cable. Would not recommend if you want a classy hotel the jw marriot is where to go you get exactly what you pay for if you don’t mind spending. If you aren’t in your room then holiday inn is for you. The indigo is not it
