We had a emergency situation that had us desperate to find rooms close to a hospital. This was cheap but I wasn’t even worth the money. It was bad. And I was barely there. We had to buy bleach and clean the room.
the staff on duty was helpful upon discovery of the soiled mattress
The rooms very very dirty with strong odor. I was very tired after a 15 hour trip. I did not feel like finding another hotel.
Please in the future do not place people in an unsanitary room.
I am requesting a full refund.
Me and my wife got attack by a man that said our room was his and I tried to show our paperwork to let him see that it's our room and he swung on me and my wife he pick up stuff and broke it and took my E- bike and thur it at me then broke all the Glass candles up and my wife stuff and I went to police they tell me to go back in my room and they never came and I call and no one came and I got hit by spider 2times at the. The assistant manager called the police and tried to have me and my wife removed after payment was made for the room. Me and my wife both run businesses from our room I make jewelry and she designs clothes and purses she also is an aromatherapist she makes soap and body products so people constantly come to our room
My SO and I drove into town 4 hours away because my sister in law committed suicide late last night. We have had an awful night and terrible hotel stay.
What I booked was a king room. When I arrived to check in, I was told there weren’t anymore. We got a double bed room.
We couldn’t use one bed because it had a mold stain on it!
I asked the receptionist why and she said “I don’t know why it’s like that online.”
Not only that, the room had mold on the ceilings and even on the sheets.
We needed to stay another night but due to the conditions, we checked out and decided not to get another night.
Please excuse the unmade beds due to the circumstances, that is the last of our worries.
The room was DISGUSTING! There was roaches and trash all over.
It had not been cleaned in months and I requested a refund. Do not stay here. The room is not what Expedia advertised at all!!
