People hanging around property watching you. And look very sceatchy. Feel unsafe moved car to front of building. Security lock on room door is broken. They charged me 35$ a dog 70 $ extra.which I had no idea that wasn't included in Expedia quote . It should be in the quote when looking for dog friendly property. We are going to leave early . Toilet seat is loose and face towels are stained. Will never stay here again f3ls very unsafe.

Accommodations and personnel ruined stay

Unfortunately spent 1night traveling to destination and 1 night on way home. It ended up that both nights were bad experiences. Reservations made many months in advance. When we arrived the room had faulty light system. Told us they could not accommodate us with same room. Moving furniture late in evening after traveling all day. TV’s in room not working . Bad service. On return trip rude personnel at desk. After telling us on return everything would be available it was not!! I would NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN. save your money go somewhere else. Definitely not accommodating.

Considering the price, everything about the hotel was satisfactory. The room was relatively clean, the breakfast options were adequate, and the staff were helpful. Free parking was also a big plus. Overall, no complaints—it's not the best hotel, but it's a good choice for a short stay

The staff did not greet us with a hello just a “you checking in”. There was an altercation in the lobby as we were checking in. The other guests were extremely noisy. The tv did not work and there was a constant buzzing noise jn the room. Overall a horrible experience!

First and foremost, this hotel needs to be shut down. The smell is horrendous, like dog and cat poop and urine all on the bottom floor. The smell is so bad that my eyes burnt walking to to my room. Second, my room was nothing as was described in the summary. The refrigerator didn’t work, there was no coffee maker, the air conditioning/ heat did not work, only the fan motor, and my window did not lock. Third, I had a visitor come to see me and they were given a key to my room WITHOUT MY PERMISSION, and they were IN my room when I returned to it. Like I said, no permission was granted by me, the payor. And when I asked hotel staff about it, I was made to look “crazy” and they insisted that it never happened and that I was “imagining things”. And then I was laughed at, mimicked, ridiculed, and taunted by staff. So bad that I left the hotel two nights early. It was insanely uncomfortable and I am not okay with that. At all. I will never stay here again!!
