Excellent service from the front desk. Very helpful and friendly. Lights and tv were not working, but a maintenance person showed up quickly and fixed it at the breaker box

Great Hotel!!!

This was the second time we have stayed at this hotel. It may not be the flashiest or most modern but we have never been disappointed in staying here. And the staff is awesome and I would put the General Manager and staff against anyone else. I can’t say enough about this property. Great location as well, right in the historic district and near the riverfront.

The hotel has a great location and the people at the front desk are very nice and helpful; however, the hotel is horrible, dirty, old, everything smells bad and very noisy.

It’s a good place. We didn’t have any problems with dirtiness in our room, but there is definitely some clear aspects of the facility that are old and could use updating. Staff was fine and the manager was very friendly. Make sure you don’t pay for parking before talking to the desk since it’s cheaper there. It’s in a great location, but it is very barebones and is the budget option in the area.

If you plan to sleep, do not stay here. Noisy, felt unsafe. People loitering around all hours. A very unpleasant stay. Not worth the price even though it is in downtown.
