I reserved this hotel for 2 factors they allow pets and had an outdoor pool. The overall cleanliness of the room was great, I was worried it would have alot of pet odors and it did not. The hotel is under renovation so the first floor is in disarray. My biggest gripe was the pool was open but it was a murky green. It was 100 degrees this week and was not able to swim. If you offer an amenity it should be useable. Due to this factor alone I would not return.

Renovations were a disappointment, but understanding. The hotel staff seemed limited which had me waiting at the front desk for about 5-10 mins. Every time.

The property was easy to find and right off the main road which was nice. The main negative was the room it’s feel very humid and almost wet feeling, like the shorts straight out of my bag felt wet when I put the on just very being in the room.
For our anniversary, my husband and I booked a king suite with a jetted tub. Front desk staff was friendly, room had plenty of space and was clean, mostly quiet.. only complaint would be that the bed was pretty hard but I actually slept well anyway. Would definitely stay there again.
They ruined my vacation. I told the girl up front I wanted to pay cash.She said id have to pit down a deposit
We agreed on $100.00. And I payed the rest cash.I checked my bank account and they.put 3 holds on my account that added up to almost $350.00.So needless to.say I did not have enough money to do anything but sleep and eat.I have.never had an experience like this.They released tje final hold on my account the day I left to go home.

I had reservations and arrived around 6pm. I noticed a sign stating and I could see and smell, while in the lobby that there was some sort of renovation going on. The room assigned to me was near the exit on the first floor. Walking to the room irritated my respiratory system. I immediately returned to the fronk desk, interrupted the clerk on a call as she was speaking so loudly about in regards to someone getting arrested with $500 worth of weed. I requested a suite on the 2nd or 3rd floor due to the strong chemical order from the renovation. She said there's no more rooms. My concern is her honestly and her duty to accommodate me. I believe She didn't want to change my room because she had too much personal calls to handle.
