We definitely enjoyed our stay. Only issue i have with the hotel is that my truck was to big for valet parking. Luckily the valets were GREAT, and squared me away. We really enjoyed the daily managers meet and greet, but we never met the manager. Overall we will most definitely be back. Next time for a week.

Great old hotel with lots of character. Front desk check in and out was not the best. Our room was not ready when we arrived and they had to hold our luggage. We went to lunch and came back, room still not ready. Then it was only one person who was a valet had a key to the room they locked our luggage in. The cable was also out for all rooms at the hotel.

The staff person who checked me in was so friendly and polite. The hotel is beautiful inside with great views. It’s convenient to River Street and most of downtown. My only complaint is the cleaning in the bathroom was subpar. The shower floor still appeared to be dirty and the corners in the bathrooms were not clean.

This place has a fantastic location. The rooms are updated to modern appeal. I enjoyed the mural on the walls of the place as it once was. The a/c was really doing a great job on such a hot day. The staff were extremely nice. The only drawbacks are that the bed has obvious dips where people sleep and the door to the balcony was a hot mess. Mold was in the top corner of the ceiling and a good bit of it too but this was an old building. Beware that there is a daily resort fee that Expedia doesn’t tell you about.

Neat old hotel with lots of upgrades/updates. Remember that floor 4 is street level and floor 1 is river level. Easy check in/out and everyone was friendly. Food at Broken Keel was good, server had an off day and was a bit grouchy, but fine. Location was great. Trolly tour picks you up just down the street.
