The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The hotel was in a great location for us to walk the riverside and to catch the trolleys to the rest of town.

This was my first time staying here and I enjoyed it. I had my dog with me for a conference. They are dog friendly, and there is access to the park across the street or you can visit one of the squares behind the hotel. The staff are very nice and welcoming, Zippy, the bartender is super cute and fun to have a few drinks with, my bed was really comfortable, and I love the sheets and the comforter. Overall, it was a great day and the pet rate was so much more reasonable here than at any other hotel and that is very much appreciated when I travel with my dog.

The first room had a bath tub that was very slick and my wife felt uncomfortable using it since she has mobility issues. They moved us and the service was great however the second room had a malfunctioning refrigerator.

I liked the convenience of the property, the frienliness of the young lady who assisted me with checking in, and the server's kindness. The breakfast is excellent! Parking was a problem, but not a deterrent for booking again.

Reserved a single king bed room, but they oversold the reservations and we were forced to accept two twin beds instead. Being 6'4" I was not thrilled. Staff was very courteous however and they did comp our parking to make up for the error. Location is awesome for the historic district, you can walk from the hotel

A pleasant surprise. Clean, a hospitable staff and right in the middle of everything! Breakfast was a bit disappointing. It just didn’t look or taste fresh. Everything looked and tasted old.
