The location is great and nearby lots of walkable spots. Very close to River St and an easy walk to the free ferry to cross the river. The hotel only has two floors so being on the first floor was not ideal. Lots of noise from other guest slamming doors, nearby lobby activity, the Lobby bar and guests sitting right outside our room window. The window in the room faced a hallway that had seating. Although the window and less noise inches from our bed. The staff was outstanding from check in to the free buffet breakfast team. The free breakfast unfortunately was offered with plastic utensils, paper plates and cardboard bowls. Unfortunately, the oatmeal, eggs and breakfast meats were cold every morning. The hotel needs to invest in better equipment to keep the food hot or have a microwave there for guests to heat their food. With a few tweaks it could be a much better hotel.

Great place to stay in the heart of the historic district. Very conveniently located. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Nice to have a small kitchen and the room was well equipped and clean. We would definitely stay here again.

Weekend Getaway

Beginning with check in. Our room wasn’t ready but we were given a temporary parking pass so that we could go walk around. Speaking of parking they have a lot right behind the building and you can park a pickup there. Our room was beautiful. Floor plan was great well thought out. We encountered Ke for short and he was helpful throughout our stay with many things. The bed was comfortable and the towels soft. I love the fact that IHG has shampoo and conditioner available. The breakfast was just what we needed with a large selection. We ended up with a dead battery when we went to leave the next day and Jose in maintenance used his personal car to assist us when AAA had failed us 3 times. I can say that everyone we came across was helpful and friendly.

Great 3 night stay at this location. Wonderful staff! So friendly and helpful. Room was terrific, bathroom just slightly dated but perfectly fine. This location is at the far end of the historic district, but worked out fine for walking to the vast majority of locations.

Property is in a great location, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room we were in was a little worn out. Stayed in a suite and the kitchen area could use a renovation. The only other random problem was there was one parking space left when we arrived. In that space was used toilet paper flying around. Not sure how it got there, but I notified the hotel staff. When we left three days later, said toilet paper was still in the corner of the parking lot. All that being said, I would stay here again. Problems weren’t really a big deal.

Friendly staff and easy check in/check out. Room was a bit dated and carpet musty. Booked courtyard view which is just the hallway so no outside view at all. Thought that was a bit misleading. All in all I enjoyed my time there
