This was probably the worst Red Roof I've stayed in... The place didn't feel clean at all, and the area was definitely in worse shape than I thought - in the middle of the night I heard the cop trying to arrest someone on my floor.
Worst experience I’ve ever had at any hotel establishment!! Rooms were disgustingly filthy. Bed linens had stains and holes in them, showers were nasty, floors weren’t swept, mirrors weren’t clean, microwave and refrigerators were nasty. After having management change us to a “cleaner” room 3 times and refuse to give us a refund, we just gave up. Never again will we be staying at a Red Roof. This experience will be our first and last with this establishment.
If you are in transit and need a place to stay right off the I95, this is a great spot. Their staff is amazing. I met DJ and explained I was towing a trailer with a very expensive car inside, he explained where to park and also explained there is a camera on the trailer. There are a LOT of parking sports in the rear dedicated for large trailers. I saw 18 wheelers back there and it was safe. So if you are traveling with a trailer or large truck etc this is the spot to park. Also there is a Mcdonalds next door so you don't have to drive you trailer around before checkout time to get breakfast. If you want a quick stop off before continuing your trip, this place is great. The room was dirty. The hot water was luke. The soap dispensers were empty. There were unlaundered spots on the bedspread. There was greasy dust in the nooks and crannies, baseboards. I didn’t want to touch anything, let alone sleep in the beds.
Good afternoon I was not happy with the appearance or comfort of my stay. The quality of this picture was not the quality of my stay: The lamps didn't have plugs to plug in the wall the towel rack in the bathroom was rusted. There was a crack at the top of the door and the chair was ragedy and the linen along with the bedspreads were spotted.. I actually fell from that chair and I am still sore.
