We had such a great experience at this product! It’s close to everything downtown and we were able to hope right onto a trolley right around the block. The employees were super helpful and always friendly, the beds were extremely comfortable, and everything was clean. We would definitely stay here again!

We were only in town for 1 night, but we will definitely stay here again when in Savannah. The room was very spacious and clean. The hotel offers valet parking, but there is a parking building right across the road, too.

Excellent location with easy interstate and downtown access. Hotel is decently maintained. Front desk staff was polite and efficient. The "valet" service was so bad that I will pass on future stays here. It is a valet service that appears to be contracted by the hotel. My personal space was invaded repeatedly on multiple occasions to include touching me after I stepped back to put space between me and the attendant. If there was an on site parking option I would have chosen that but they only offer valet.

I chose this hotel based on price and location. It was a bit of a walk to the touristy North Historic District but it’s doable. The hotel could use some updates and the beds were not great. If you can see past that then it’s worth saving some money to stay these couple extra blocks from downtown.

Clean and fairly quiet. Some noise from hallway, but about the same as other hotels. Our double queen room had a kcup machine, which I did not see mentioned anywhere on the website. Room was clean. No carpet. Shower doesn't get very warm, but just warm enough. It was a tub-shower combo, which would be good for families with small children.Exhaust fan did not work at all, so the moisture had to dissipate once the door was open. My only complaint is that valet access to your vehicle is not 24hr. If you didn't bring another set of keys, and need something from your car after 11pm, you cannot access your car at all. The hotel staff do not have access to your keys. Requesting your car during regular hours is easy, and can be done remotely before coming down to the lobby. Was informed that tipping on app at checkout for car does not go to valet though, but goes to management who does not forward to valet, so ended up having to tip valet service twice, because that is just wrong to keep the tips.

We have stayed here before and it was much better. Staff unfriendly except the parking guy he was great! Room wasn’t as clean as usual, sink and tub didn’t drain well at all. Fridge quite getting cold even though it ran and ruined things we had in it staff didn’t care we had things go bad. Just not what it was even last summer.

Due to previous reviews I made sure to check cleanliness before moving all of our luggage in, I’m glad I did as both beds had soiled sheets. Upon informing front desk staff they were appalled at this and moved our room immediately. The front desk lady could not have been nicer. The second room was much better. The bed creaked ALOT just sitting down on it. The a/c was strong and cold which was good. I would not recommend this hotel as it just seemed very inconsistent. There were several staff members just sitting around on their phones yet there were some very hard working employees who were very kind and helpful
