the floor needs to be washed but the mattress was comfortable. you really should put on the web site that valet parking is located on W Harris st, not Montgomery. a restaurant in the hotel would be great.

The hotel itself was nice. The room I stayed in had a ceiling cassette air conditioner unit dripping water onto the floor with some evidence of mold around it, the fitted sheet did not fit my bed at all and kept coming loose at the corners during the night, and the bathroom appeared to be only halfway cleaned when I arrived. I was in town for a day and a half and busy helping a friend for the entire time so I didn't have the time to ask for a new room. I hope these issues in this room will be rectified for future guests.

Staff is very helpful & polite. We changed original room because of damage to doors. Second room showed similar damages, like someone was using a pry bar to gain access. We mentioned our observations and front desk personnel was very appreciative of the update.

Stayed here for business travel...was a decent property...could use some cleaning and updating in the rooms. Bathroom and general room lights are too dim for makeup or showering really...definitely need more light...would stay again but not for a vacation

Cleveland, the valet man was great! Jay at the front desk was helpful. A/C in room was not working properly. Funny smell when it was on. Loud sound. Very nice staff. Great location.

It was a decent hotel, good location in that you could walk everywhere you wanted to go. But it was kind of old and the toilets were old! It was frustrating how the tank wouldn't fill back up with water. We had to keep a bottle in the bathroom and keep filling up the tank just so we could flush it! We asked them to fix it, and they said they did, but it was still the same afterward. The place just needs some upgrades. Rooms were a nice size, though.

Not So Great
The staff was great but the rest of the hotel had a lot to be desired. Our bed was broken and sunk to one side, the walls were paper thin so we heard even low level conversations from our neighbors and the horror movies they watched until 2am. The bathroom had unfortunately been only lightly cleaned - we saw some hair as well as some leftover trash. It is in a good location but for the cost for one night, wish we had stayed elsewhere. The reviews on here is why we chose this hotel but feel the Google reviews are a more accurate reflection.

Bathroom tub drained very slow. Toilet had a ring around the bowl. Ice machine was next door. Very loud when in use at 5:30AM. Relatively clean property with friendly and helpful staff!
