The location was perfect. Only a 15min walk to Forsyth Park or River street. Tons of delicious local food options, including 1540 at the hotel. The breakfast package was great. You get exclusive seating at 1540 and a per person credit to use towarda breakfast, I believe its $13. There is valet parking at $48 per night but that comes out of your incendential hold. If you skip daily room service you get a $10 voucher for the bar or coffee lounge. The king room had an outstanding view of the church. The room was comfortable and the ac worked wonderfully. The staff was kind. I woild highly recommend the pool, they offer complimentary water, snacks, and sunscreen.

The hotel is in a great location, right in the middle of everything so you can easily walk to sights, shopping, resturants, and bars. The hotel is taller than anything around it so the views from the rooms are amazing. The rooms are good sized, the bathrooms are small. In general the hotel is nice, but could use some updating and maintenance.
