$45 a night is pretty messed up. I have stayed all over the world and this is about a pricey as it gets for hotel parking. I have paid less in NYC. You guys aren’t a 5 star hotel so taking advantage of your guest isn’t very cool.

The parking situation is terrible. The website says you can book a park and stay package and parking is complimentary. If you book through a 3rd party it is $45.00 a day. The valet parking garage is connected to the hotel. Why wouldnt you let you clients use that for free? The valet guys at check in were awesome. The room did smell musty which isnt a big deal. The shower was a major issue. The water stinks. Its really bad. The shower would make this loud moaning sound, the water pressure would droo and become ice cold for a couple of second then super hot and then back to normal. This happened about every 2 minutes. The bathroom sink wouldnt drain either and maintenance had to come fix it. The bathroom amenities were the quality of a 2 star hotel at best. For the price there are several better options in my opinion in historic Savanah. Betty the concierge is a real gem! She helped us with dinner reservations and gave us some great places to visit and made the experience wonderful! This could be a really nice hotel if some attention to detail and some property issues were addressed. Not a 4 star hotel at all right now.

Older place with a rich history. Right in the heart of the historic district. Our truck was too big to valet park (and that's the only kind of parking they have) We parked in a public parking garage 4 blocks away and had to haul everything there to check in.

It’s not great once you get in the room.
The location is great and the lobby is beautiful. Now, the room itself wasn’t clean (especially the bathroom). They also double charged me for the room, but it was quickly corrected once I called to get it fixed. It does have an excellent view!
