Awesome friendly staff. We love the location a couple blocks from the caos. Nice modern clean rooms. We have Expedia VIP and they let us check out late. The only thing missing was the jacuzzis they are beung worked on. Will definately be back.

Maramara was a great place to stay for myself, my partner, and our teenage son. We spent a week here and had a great experience. The hotel itself is beautiful and clean and in a safe area in town. Even though the location has some construction mess and litter from everyday life, the hotel has done its best to upkeep its property and facilities. So, you have to walk some less than clean area To get here, but that’s the same in most areas in this quickly growing beach town. The location is fantastic. Close enough to walk to beaches, shops/food, but tucked back a few streets to avoid the noise from the busier bars. Very secure and has great parking. The pools are fantastic, and the layout of the building itself feels quite contemporary and funky. Air conditioning worked great, linens were clean and soft, rooms were furnished beautifully. The only thing we would like to see improved would be the toilet. The toilet seat was not the right size for the toilet (it was a few inches too short) so the porcelain was exposed and hard to avoid touching if you had to sit down. I saw other toilets in the building that had correct sized seats, so it may have just been our room needing it. Besides that, this hotel definitely met our expectations and we would stay here again for sure. It works well for singles, couples, and small family trips like ours. We felt at home and were taken care of well by the front desk and cleaning staff. Thanks Maramara!

The property is still a little bit of being completed but it's barely noticeable and we really enjoyed our stay there. Clean, quiet, such pleasant staff and great spots here and there relax like up on the roof top pool... so so good. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Maramara. The staff was very nice and made everything very easy from the moment we checked in. The area is very safe and everything was a short distance away. The rooftop pool was very relaxing with great views. The room was clean and was equipped with a refrigerator and a small kitchen,,,we didn't do any cooking but it was nice to be able to place some drinks in the fridge.

Really nice new place in Saylulita. Great communication from and with staff. Nice parking area. Close walk to everything yet quiet. Great view from roof pool. Another in lower level. WiFi was good and it was really comfortable. We booked more days as we wrap back at the end of the trip.

La chambre était très propre et nettoyée chaque jour. C’était facile d’accès et près des restaurants et plage. Le wifi était bon. Seule chose, l’insonorisation n’est peut-être pas au top, j’entendais tout dès que des gens entraient ou sortaient de leur chambre dans le corridor. Sinon tout était parfait !
