Our room was a smelly, cold, ugly, rundown dump. You could not turn up the heat. You could feel the wind coming through the window. You had to keep the blinds closed so people couldn't look in. The floor was uneven. The sink was so low you could wash your feet in it without discomfort. The shower ran out of soap. The bed was shortsheeted and lumpy. And the menu / guide on the TV didn't work. Other than that, fantastic!

Good Hotel and location.

Great hotel with good amenities and a good bar restaurant.. Staff always friendly and helpful. Only thing that let's it down is the breakfast. Poor selection and awful coffee.

Great location on the edge of the town to walk the dogs to the beach and beyond. Breakfast nice, but pricey. Loved the dog showers/towels made available for when you get back from a muddy/sandy walk. Also, the free coffee and cake which was welcome after a long walk. Hotel was really warm, so had the window open most of the night which then subjects you to some road/seagull noise.

This hotel is modern snd quirky. Very pretty interior. Best dog friendly hotel we have been to, lots of space for you not on top of others and there dogs. Everyone very friendly. Restaurant and cocktail bar where u can take your dog in all areas, dog showering area was amazing and clean. Right next to the beach. Food was lovely and staff was so friendly and attentive to our dog that was nervous. We recommend a stay and we are looking at booking to go back and try the one in Peak District also. Thank you for a fab stay. They put two toys and a dog mat for our dog to lay in, 😊

Dog hotel

This hotel was one of the best I have stayed at in Scarborough, overall. My only negative was that it was not clearer on booking the dog friendliness. As I have a phobia of dogs, the sheer number of dogs left me a little frazzled. Great stay otherwise , but I will not be returning.

I could not fault this hotel, from start to finish every aspect of the experience was brilliant and so well run. The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was clean, well decorated and comfortable. The food at the restaurant was great quality. Very happy!

Nice hotel with friendly staff.

Good rooms, clean & tidy & decent amenities. The evening food is good as is the range of drinks. The staff are very helpful & friendly. The only negative is the breakfast, which doesn't offer a decent range or VFM.

A view of the sea!

Overnight stay for a business trip. Check in was easy enough, as was the free car parking ticket. A view of the sea from the room, which was very clean, well equipped and very quiet. Will definitely look to stay here on future trips
