I’ve been travelling to Tobago for 35 years and this was by far the best accommodation I’ve ever experienced. Apart from the clean, modern facilities the staff were EXCEPTIONAL. Warm, friendly, accommodating, always helpful, maintaining eye contact. Job well done. Hotel has good location and parking. Food was great. Room was spacious and bathroom was done right, modern, roomy and everything just well placed. I’m 6 foot 6 so not hitting elbows everywhere is appreciated.

Nice option to stay in Tobago. Breakfast was excellent however dinner was overpriced and the food a disappointment. Restuarant service was excellent. I liked the availability of coffee and water in the lobby. I overlooked asking for daily housekeeping and amenities provided such as towels and bath products were insufficient for a 2-night stay. Other than this, the hotel and room were very clean. I will stay again but I will not have dinner and I will ensure that I request daily housekeeping.

The staff was kind and friendly and accommodating. The bathroom had a few things needing to be fixed (Towel rack was missing but part of the mount was on the wall. They should have had complimentary bottled water in the rooms.

Very lovely & pleasant place, definitely look forward to revisiting, the breakfast was awesome… only bad thing was when we asked the receptionist how can we reach out to the city etc she only mentioned the taxi corporation contact so we ended up paying a lot in travelling around to & from the hotel only upon leaving the security noticed us calling a taxi and mentioned that we could of gotten the free shuttle service attached to the hotel.
