The staff at check in was exceptionally nice and helpful. My husband was not feeling well and the young lady helping me was so helpful, getting our room as quickly as possible. I was so grateful and the rest of our family was able to continue our day. Our rooms were very nice, and again the young lady from the front desk personally made sure everything was perfect. The breakfast was great with many choices readily available. I would highly recommend this hotel! Another wonderful surprise was having air conditioning that actually worked considering there were unusually high temperatures.

The staff were very friendly and helpful and the location is perfect for Schaffhausen as it is opposite the station and adjacent to the old town. Everything is walkable and the Rhinefalls are easily accessible by train. The room was very quiet and well appointed.Breakfast was fabulous. Really wish we had stayed another night as the stay was so pleasant. Especially the little birthday surprise at breakfast. Wonderful!

Being on BahnhofStrasse, there is a constant amount of noise from the street below of you are billeted on the street side, room was large and comfortable (especially for Europe) Breakfast was very good with a large selection of everything.

Great location,... Schaffhausen Train Station across the street. Bus stop right in front. Supermarket round the corner. Walking distance of Schaffhausen Old Town Walk. Ask for a map from the reception. Very nice hot breakfast and coffee. Friendly and very helpful staff. Definitely recommended.

First of all I love the location. You're right at the Train station and also in the middle of town. No car required. It was very quit inside although it's by a train station. Loved the Breakfast station!!!

The staff was very accommodating & helpful. The breakfast was good. The furniture & feel of the room was basic, but it was spacious. It had AC which was fabulous as it was extremely hot in Switzerland this week. The location was excellent to the Bahnhof & town.
