Beautiful Hotel with awesome Owner that provides that personal hotelier touch. George gave us a history lesson and was gracious and accommodating of our every request - a delightful respite with considerable history. Very clean and modern rooms with art and antiquities everywhere. Will definitely recommend to others.

Very old hotel but in very good shape. George the owner was great and very personable. He made a very good recommendation for dinner and set up reservations. Parking on site!! Breakfast was very good. Hot water in the shower! Bathroom has been modernized.

Excellent family hotel

Georg was a very welcoming & helpful host. Interconnecting family room was great for our requirements- there’s a sliding door between the 2 rooms, and no access to main corridor from the twin bed room. Plenty of space, clean & comfortable. Good selection of breakfast. Georg provided lots of helpful information & happily stored our main luggage while we hiked in the nearby mountains. Would highly recommend & hope to visit again some day.

Great place to stay in Pill.

Great service and food. Got to see traditional Tyrol dancing and even participate. Definitely a place to go back too. Good location and great recommendations on places to go. All spoke English and were great.

Excellent value

We only stayed for 1 night but we loved this hotel, 500+ year old building with it's own distillery, owners and staff very friendly and accommodating. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Great breakfast. Ask to stay on the east side of the building if you want to sleep late since there is a church on the west side that rings their bells early.
