Great within walking distance to the square. Easy in and out. Comfy beds lovely view and breakfast was all you need in a buffet. Will definitely stay there again.

Booking the biggest room meant having room just next to elevator, all the persons were walking around. Panorama view over ventilation pipeline system on the roof. So expectations that were not met. Otherwise staff and service OK, breakfast as well. Possibility to open windows highly appreciated.

Clean, friendly hotel. Rooms a little basic but we'll maintained. No bar or food available when we arrived at 10.30pm, no mini bar or room food either. Nice breakfast room and good service. Perfectly adequate for a business stay. Close to town and station.

We visited in the fall. The hotel does NOT have AC, which is common in Germany. A little difficult to find at first ... lobby is on the 6th floor of the building! Great view from our room. Great breakfast. Very convenient to the City Center. Staff was wonderful. This was our view.

The beds were twin. I was expecting a queen, and the room had no air condition. I was totally miserable because of the heat. I saw no A/C unit to make the room confident. They also ask for my passport and made a copy of it. When I ask if the copy would be destroyed, the morning staff was not able to adequately tell me what would happen with the paper copy. I believe that could be a security risk for guest.

Great hotel but no air condition meant our south facing room was boiling at night even though peak daytime temperatures were around 20 degrees Celius only. Opening the window while helpful meant the very loud local churchbell kept us up all night. Other than that the hotel is good, nice staff, location and great breakfast.

Nice hotel close to city centre
This hotel was excellent, we had a hard finding it as it was the top few floors of a building and the signs were small indicating where it was. My only complaint was we were not able to control the heat in our room and it was extremely warm which made for a poor nights sleep.

Didn't realise located on top of shopping centre- a little difficult to find whilst drivg- signage could be better from roads and inside buildg from car park. Convenient location for town and river Main. Cheaper local parking available in walkg distance but for convenience can use (expensive)car park in basement of buildg. Friendly professional staff. Although high above city I found it a little noisy (late night talkers in stress below) with windows open. Great views. Friendly city. Worth a longer stay.

Back again and again for a reason
The hotel sits on top of a pretty ugly 70s shopping centre but that is about the only negative about it. It's on the edge of the old town with lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. Good room with modern functional furniture and a nice bath room.. No air conditioning so not sure how it would be in summer. The hotel gives you access to a great commercial gym in the same building and the breakfast is brilliant.

I've stayed in this hotel before but they have updated and renovated since my last stay several years ago. Beautiful hotel and the room was perfect and modern looking. The customer service was excellent and very friendly. Would recommend to anyone.

Room twice the size i had expected. Walked to Enchiladas for a meal, great place, full and lively. Breakfast at the hotel was great and parking in the multi-story in the same building with a lift to reception.

Excellent hotel refurbished not so long ago. Excellent buffet breakfast. Free access to fitness club just a few floors below the hotel. Car parking in same building. Very easy access to centre of town, about 5 minutes away.
