The staff were friendly and attentive. The only thing that lets it down is the location, as it's a bit out of the way from the center and on a main road that got noisy at night.

The hotel room, in this centuries old yet modern hotel, was large by European standards, with wonderful minibar and in room coffee selections. The room was very comfortable with excellent air conditioning, nice bed and perfect lighting. The hotel is a very short walk to many museums, the Viktuelmarkt, Marienplatz, and countless wonderful cafes, restaurants and shopping, not to mention all the magnificent architecture! The attached restaurant (deserts and drinks only) was inexpensive and delicious, with an extremely friendly and attentive server! We were so impressed with the hotel and friendly staff that this hotel is at the top of our list for our next visit to Munich.

Hotel was lovely, everything was clean and staff were very helpful. We were flying out late, and we were allowed to use the showering facilties before we left. I would stay here again for sure.

Smallest hotel room ever. But all else was good

Clean room, helpful staff, good food.

At first I was like ummmm…But we ended up loving it. The location and breakfast were clutch. We wanted to stay longer but our room was booked. We transferred to a 5 star hotel and actually kinda just liked this one better.
