We rented a room and they gave us the complimentary villa, the room was absolutely gorgeous and clean. My favourite part was the patio with the furniture and fireplace! We will definitely be back !

The room was beautiful, beds were comfortable, and the facilities were also beautiful. The rooms look exactly like they do in the pictures. Prices were as expected in a resort. Every staff member was smiling, friendly, and helpful. There were so many attractions and events that there was never a dull moment. The only thing that I can complain about is the parking fee. When you are paying $300+ per night to stay, charging $25 per day to park is a little much, especially when there is ample parking. Also, you can end up parking a pretty good distance from the hotel if you leave and come back, so maybe if you're gonna charge for parking, make it an optional charge that guarantees a space in one of the closer lots, or waive the fee for hotel guests and only charge parking to those who come for the day.

Not good: 25 per night for a parking spot (not easy to find), 100 per night as warranty, my room was supposed to be 2 queen bed size, I got 2 full beds. Front desk not available over the phone. The bathroom had a strong smell of pee. Good: My kids enjoyed the water park and had a good time overall. Very friendly staff.
