There were stains on the bed sheets so that looked like blood stains . So we had to go to the front desks and get new sheets and change them ourselves. They wouldn’t offer us any discount on the stay only point~ who cares. The front door was broken and you needed to ring the doorbell to get the front desk staff to open it. But the coffee was good. Wouldn’t stay here again. I booked it because of the pictures and hoping for the comfortable pillows . But they were hard ones and on top of the rest it wasn’t worth it. Sherry S

Had to leave early in the morning 3:30am no staff at desk. Door locked behind me when i took my bsg to my car. Key card wouldn't open the door and nobody answered the buzzer. Called the phone twice and a sleepy eyed staff member finally appeared and opened the door. A/C was very noisy. And cleaning staff never showed to replenish towels or empty trash.

Still nice in Scottsbluff

Still a nice place to stay. Hotel breakfast is very weak and unappealing. This is my favorite hotel in Scottsbluff, except the free breakfast is terrible. Rubber eggs and uncooked sausage.

It worked great for my family who were in town for a funeral. We were able to spend some great time together at the hotel.

The property was fine for the most part except the pool and hot tub were closed for repairs. It is a pretty new building so things should be in good order. However, we were traveling with our dog and their pet fee is an egregious $75 per night. Stay at the Holiday Inn down the street instead for a more reasonable $25. I would avoid this place if you have a pet.

We were in town for a reunion and appreciated the convenience of having a leisurely morning on Sunday and still being able to enjoy a free and yummy breakfast before leaving for a 6 hour drive home. We felt very safe within the hotel and liked the quiet location as well even though it was located near the hiway.

I loved the large parking spots. How nice and a change from the cramped ones you usually find at other hotels. The hotel was quiet and the mattress was firm. I would recommend fixing your light scones on the 3rd floor as they are all broken and maybe leaving the coffee and tea options out past breakfast.

Great hotel with nice staff

We always enjoy staying at this hotel. Comfortable rooms and a great breakfast. We were disappointed that the pool was closed for maintenance this trip, but we understand those things happen.

The pool and hot tub were not in operation, the comment was, it wad closed for maintenance. It looks like it hadn’t been in operation for a while. The maintenance issue was a filter, which probably is a breakdown rather than maintenance issue.

The room needs improvement. The blackout curtains have holes, the couch table is old and stained, and the overall cleanliness was poor. The bathroom mirror had not been cleaned in several weeks more than likely. The exterior windows had not been cleaned at all. The room refrigerator was not working properly and did not stay cold. I paid over $200 a night for this room and it was not at all up to Marriott standard.

Advertized pool and hot tub. Not working. No tissues in the room. No soap in the shower. Hand soap smelled like rancid olive oil. Shower head crusty. Tub dirty. I wanted credit for no pool, but staff couldn’t give credit. Spent 45minutes on the phone with Expedia…..no result.
