Pro: Clean, towels large and thick, Bfast options Ok. Easy check in/out. Con: Butter in large multi-serve container, carpet is worn, pillows not supportive. Overall: Good place to stay, good value, would use again.

We always enjoy staying at the Comfort Inn and Suites. We usually stay 2 0r 3 times a year. The rooms are clean but this trip we had a neighbor room that had a gentleman that snored very loudly making it almost impossible to get a good night sleep. Other wise we always have a good experience there.

The rooms are very clean but the staff is a little unfriendly. Not sure if they have lots of criminal issues but they questioned everything I was giving them for a credit card and also when I asked for an extra towel I was questioned again with there should only be 2 people in the room. I had to explain that my wife needed one for her hair

Bird poop all over the car! Terrible! You should tell your guests when they check in. You need an elevator. Carrying bags up the stairs is not safe. The walls are too thin. You can hear people talking in nearby rooms.
