Room was run down and dirty. Loud music from another room all night. Second floor definitely smelled like someone is smoking something on that floor. Left day early so could get sleep

The first room we were given was dirty & had an odor (bathroom had towels and used soap in shower, bed was slept in, and duvet had balls of fabric in between layers due to overuse/washing.) Air conditioner had visible mold and dirt. When they gave us another room, it was a king bed so had to share with my coworker. Staff was very nice though.

Wonderful staff but odd smelling room

The staff was so pleasant and polite. I really wanted to like the place just because of my welcome. But my room smelled. I was exhausted so I just sprayed perfume all around and on the air conditioner
