The suite room was enormous, beds comfortable, and the price for the room was great. The staff didn't want to make an exception for early checkin, which was fine, but then chastised me for booking through a 3rd party and told me I should only ever book through the hotel directly. Staff also said that the expedia message I sent was never received by her (the hotel), even though the reply in expedia said it was the hotel's response. Confusing.

Great stay!
Stayed for 3 nights on a solo trip. Got a room on the 4th floor- room was clean, spacious, and had an ok view of the mountains. The toiletries were wonderful! I didn't partake in breakfast but from the menu it looked varied. The 24/7 coffee station was surprisingly good! Staff was friendly! Close to 81 and shops and restaurants! The only downside was that the bed was not comfortable- very thin mattress and it felt like I slept on a piece of ply wood. Besides that, I would most likely return here again!
