Run down hotel

Hotel was old and run down. Housekeeping was unavailable to bring us extra towels. Overall, was disappointed that this hotel did not live up to Marriott brand.

This is really a city issue but when entering the property there is a huge sewer grate that sticks up and is unavoidable and could cause vehicle damage

We arrived two hours later than our check in time and they could not find my reservation. It seemed like they canceled it due to us not showing up at 4 to check in. Therefore we were not able to get a king bed and ended up with two queen beds. We tried calling the hotel directly to give them a heads regarding our arrival time but they never picked up.

the property was quiet and felt safe, but for the price per night the breakfast in the morning was very poor. very few choices and what food was there was cold, eggs were prepackaged and no taste. no danish or choices of cereal, coffee was bitter. would not stay there even tbkugh it waseasy off and kn I-81.
