The staff is amazing. So sweet and accommodating, all of the ones I had to interact with. The tv was not working, said it needed a secret code. We called for the code and they just moved us to a new room immediately so we did not have to mess with it. I will definitely stay there again if I’m in the area!

My family and I had a great stay! Arnaldo was the kindest & sweetest person. He was very helpful with all my questions and needs, and is very diligent with his work. Thank you for all that you do Arnaldo, your hard work and dedication to make sure my family were all comfortable really warmed our hearts. Hopefully we will be back soon! - The Moreno Family

Pool was good, staff was excellent. Unfortunately, we got moved three times from room to room either the TV nonfunctioning or AC not functioning. The third time was a charm just made for a long day. I understand it’s under new ownership and the process of a lot of updates but the pictures showing online are definitely different from what actual reality is. I’ll be watching to see how their improvements go before I book again.

They appeared to be in a remodeling process so be prepared for that. They didn't have the in-room amenities I would expect but room and bathroom appeared clean. Staff was very friendly.
