Purchased a small bottle of wine to take to my room. It was spoiled so I took it to the front desk for an exchange. Shortly After, the bar manager came to my door with two bottles (750 ml) of fine red for my choice on the house and reimbursed for my original purchase. Absolutely a class act.

Helpful front desk but chef at breakfast was not present to cook. Parking is somewhat inconvenient as it is disconnected from hotel. Lobby and common areas are clean and the room was mostly clean other than several handprints on the head board. It worked for one night but I wouldn't recommend a much longer stay.

We read from a small number of reviews that some of the rooms have an issue with being musty so I called and spoke with a wonderful rep, I think her name is Denise, and she looked at what rooms were available and made sure to set us up with one that she new had no issues. It’s nice how there’s a bar and restaurant. We were too early to try the restaurant before we left but liked the bar. The hot tub was out of order but again we knew that ahead of time so we were prepared and as a result less disappointed. Our room was nice and spacious with a full living room areas along with a separate bedroom which is always great as I wake up a couple hours before my wife. They ought to rip out the carpet (it looks fine but I’m just grossed out by carpet in hotel rooms) but other than that the room was great.

Usually a solid place to stay but this time felt a bit shabby. There was trash from toiletries left on the shower shelf. The toilet dripped all night - seemed like the flange but I wasn't willing to put my hand in a hotel toilet. I know I could have gotten facilities to address it but didn't want someone coming in once my daughter was asleep.

Nice hotel overall, needs to be updated, carpet in the room is older than me. The room is not filthy, but it could use better cleaning, especially the large headboard and the bathroom. We only stay during the Italian festival, it’s fine for a couple of nights. Overall, decent hotel.
