Certainly! Here’s a short review draft for you: Our experience at the hotel was a bit mixed. The check-in process was disappointing as the lady at the front desk was unwelcoming, which set a slightly negative tone. However, our experience improved significantly thanks to Lisa in the breakfast room! She was attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed. Her warmth and service really brightened our mornings and made our stay more enjoyable.

The staff was wonderful and there was a beautiful view of the Pocono Mountains behind this hotel. What was a problem was the entrance ways to this hotel with one of them completely torn up.

Our stay was just for one night. We had a late check in. We were there for barely 12 hours but it was a pleasant 12 hours. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The staff we had contact with were nice and helpful. I have no complaints and would definitely stay at this location again.
