We asked for a room on the quiet side as my wife was coming out of the hospital from major surgery. We were told that our room was the only one available and was quiet.However we heard all the trafic of I-81 all night and barely slept on and off. We will never stay there again.

A bit run down, getting into parking lot is really weird. Bed was awful, strands of hair was in the beddings and carpet dirty. Air quality in hotel not good.

Not likely to stay again

I had stayed at this hotel before and found it a very good value for the money. The entrance is a little hard to find, but once you're let in on the secret, it's easy enough to get there. However on this stay, it was a bit of a disaster. When I arrived, my room has such a terrible smell that I didn't want to stay. I went back downstairs to ask for a room change. On the next room, I could not get in with the key card. So I had to go back downstairs again, and finally on the third try, they were able to provide an acceptable room. This seemed a little ridiculous to me. Also, since I arrived late at night it was pretty much the last thing I wanted to put up with.

The hotel is very nice and clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. We’ve stayed twice. The parking is marked but can be tricky to find at night.

The hotel was clean and on a convenient location. There was a smell of weed as soon as we walked in when we arrived around 2:00am. Key didn’t work and when we went back to let the guy know at the desk , he gave us what we believe was the master key. So of course it worked. And not only that, we received a call at 4:00am from the front desk as he was looking for Katie I believe, or Katie went to the hospital. We were tired and we didn’t really understand what was going on. Anyway. We definitely didn’t get a good sleep.

The other reviews definitely threw me off from coming here, but I’m very glad I gave it a shot. “Old carpets, etc” has nothing to do with the stay in my opinion. Starting with check in, John is truly incredible, explained everything to us & how to check out. Upon getting to the room, everything was cleaned & smelled great. ( I always go behind and wipe down every surface anyway just because you can’t expect the ladies to get every single surface how you like it! ) so it was great for me. Beds were clean, free of anything, and there was a microwave and mini fridge in my unit. Couldn’t complain about anything. Needed extra towels and they were given to us immediately. If you need a quick place to stay at a decent price this place is great. Didn’t use the breakfast option but overall this was a pretty solid hotel. Parking was open. Free WiFi as well. Would return!

It is tough to find due to auto garage located right in front. Beds had stains and breakfast is stale. Coffee felt like was expired or cheapest brand available. Rooms were big. Stay only if you are on a budget and need to spend a night.
