The staff members were friendly. The restaurants were delicious. The spa was ABSOLUTELY amazing. We had massages, we enjoyed the steam room and sauna. It definitely made the trip worth it. The bad. The casino emphasized smoking was in “designated” areas. The smoke was so overwhelming. I had such a bad reaction, my face swelled, my lungs burned, I had a splitting headache, and it completely ruined my trip. The layout of the casino makes it that you MUST be exposed to smoking constantly. It is so shocking for 2025. I saw people everywhere in the casino smoking and staff never stopped them. You REAK of stale cigarette smoke and cannot escape it. I will not go back and it is a shame because the place has potential.

My visit was the first time ever attending the hotel, along with my Mother and Aunt. We were enjoying our stay until around almost 10 pm when we were headed to a comedy show. Someone busted in through the front doors passed through the security guards and was screaming and another girl was screaming please wake up repeatedly. And right by the check in to the hotel there appeared to be a young man on the floor, who had overdosed. They seemed to be no sense of urgency for staff members to assist or to block off the area… ppl were still getting off the elevators or heading in that direction. I walked away because I was upset and crying and I did not want to see a human life taken out on a sketcher… but unfortunately I did not have my back turned long enough and I did see what appeared to me and that poor girls reaction a dead man…. His face was pale white and eyes shut…this was such a traumatic experience I actually ended up popping blood vessels in my eye and had to seek medial attention. As per the eye Dr it was caused by this traumatic event. Obviously this person made the wrong decision but it was still a living person and I feel like because of the circumstances that person was disregarded like a piece of trash.
