Checked in at 130 am check in was easy staff was nice. Got to room and was instantly disappointed the room smelled stale no ac or air on so it was hot and muggy! Then checked the room and it was not vacuumed or mopped. There was hair on the floor in the bathroom and in the tub. There were crumbs on the carpet and near beds! We only staying to grab few hours of rest before getting back on the road. If it weren’t so late and hadn’t been driving for 8 hours would have definitely found something else for the few hours of rest I needed. There was a plus the the sheets appeared clean!

The room is smelly. Light switches not working. No coffee nor kettle for boiling water. The breakfast ran out and not refilled. No staff at check-in or when checking out.

Unfortunately my stay here was nothing short of gross, while i knew it wasn’t going to be great nothing could have prepared me for the smoke smell in the room. Initially the room was perfectly fine however around 11 pm- 6am, the smell of cigarettes was extremely strong in our room. By that time of night we weren’t going to repack everything and try and move so we tried to deal with it. I had to sleep with a towel over my face to try and dampen the smell. My boyfriend and i were in such a rush to leave that we got ready and checked out early. The bathroom was also dingy and kind of gross.

Rooms small and crowded not much room/ hole in wall, around the electrical light switch going into bathroom! Child could get shock it they put there finger in it! Bathroom small and need a good cleaning and a new bathtub that you can stand inn without feeling you will fall!

King room was tiny, as was the bathroom. Bathroom needed updates. Had a luggage rack but the room was so small there was no where to put it. Only one ice machine in the hotel and it was out of order. Overall ok but wouldn’t choose it again. Staff was nice.
