Bartender at Trax was very friendly. Nice looking room and both the exterior and interior of the property looked cool, I guess partly from the building's having been a train station. Bathroom door needs paint job. Text in the morning reminding about checkout time being in 2 hours was a little annoying; kind of felt like they were saying, ok, please get out! (I know it wasn't meant that way but...)

Somewhat disappointed with Carmen’s very limited menu. Very few people in the dining room. This is an extraordinary setting and we have wonderful memories of stays at the hotel and dinners here in the past. We learned that the amazing Sunday brunch is no longer offered. We hope management can bring this wonderful venue back to it’s glorious past.

Our family came here for 1 night on our way going to a waterpark the next day. We figured our boys will love this hotel due to its history of being a train station. It was beautiful building and we loved the structure of it. I only hoped that the front desk was a bit more friendlier. My 6yr old son was excited and asked a lot of questions about the hotels history but the lady just smiled, barely looked at us and took a long time to check in. It seemed like their check in system is outdated. Overall it was a good stay.

We stayed here with our small child the pictures looked very beautiful and when we got there the employee at the front desk seemed like she was under the influence she kept nodding off while checking us in and this process took 30 minutes and this could always be a one off she might’ve just been having an off day but then when we got to our room and got settled in there was a sex toy under the ottoman in front of the bed I’m lucky my daughter didn’t find this and we did then the jacuzzi in the room when turned on rose petals came out of the jet and the overall cleanliness of the room was horrific and there was no one around to alert of this I would definitely not recommend this hotel

Beautiful building and super friendly staff. Our room had a view of the University of Scranton athletic field and it was fun to watch the ultimate frisbee practice. Curtains were able to block out the light from the field. Hope to be back again!
