Walking in was beautiful unimpressed with the room for the money hot tub was ok . What to ask for more towels cause they just kept never showing up no breakfast very very very loud and woke my baby up the tv was TINY compared to the room couldn’t see it from the bed at all . Truly nothing special and not worth the money

I stay at this hotel once a year when I come to Scranton. I’ve been doing this for 23 years. The hotel is consistently clean and quiet . The staff friendly is friendly. The restaurant (Carmen’s) is very good, although it’s only open for dinner on the weekends. The hotel lobby and first floor have retained its charm from the early 20th century.
