The gentleman at the front desk was kind and professional, and was able to answer all of my questions. I liked that I could walk to a nearby Italian restaurant. The facilities really need an update. The gym is pretty sad, and the lightest dumbbell is 15 pounds. My room, although clean, smells like a wet ashtray. The body wash was empty.

The hotel was over run with small children, it was not possible to use the pool. There was a lot of activity in the parking lot and hallway throughout the night and day. We were followed twice by a suspicious person to our room.

The suite was clean, bathroom clean, bed very comfortable. The pool was closed for maintenance after a pool party the day before. The elevator was smelling like alcohol, spillage everywhere. Its obvious a location for displaced families. The breakfast was not to my likings. Waffle maker not working, eggs and turkey sausages under cooked. Stick to bagels, yogurt and fruits.

We spent three nights here on our vacation to Scranton. The two bedroom suite with kitchenette was a fantastic fit for our family of five, especially given the reasonable price. Breakfast was also great with a super hard-working and friendly staff member (Karissa) who kept things clean and organized in a busy environment that could have easily turned to chaos. The indoor pool was incredibly small, perhaps the smallest I've seen in a hotel, so if that's important to your family this may not be the best hotel for you. There was also a lot surrounding the hotel (restaurants, a movie theater, some shopping) but no sidewalks so a little more challenging to get around. In particular we were disappointed to realize that despite the proximity to PNC Park there was no real way to walk there and we had to drive and pay for parking.

If I had to sit here and judge this place on a personal level, I would definitely recommend it to young old couples that are just out and about just taking a road trip you know going I’m from mass so I’m driving from mass down to wherever it is, which is taking a weekend to cruise around, but this is definitely a property you wanna stay at the only thing I didn’t like is they don’t have an outside pool indoor pool for winter summer I would like an outdoor pool but other than that it checks every single box I recommend this go check it out. I would recommend this hotel to someone who is on business pleasure alone with kids. They are so laid-back and so nice and so just unbelievably nice. They’re not picky. They’re not on top of you. They’re not anything. It’s just too bad that the lobby wasn’t me a little bit bigger Because and it’s not the hotel itself and the peoples fault who worked there but it’s such a great hotel it gets so busy the day that I went there was so many people because it’s such a great hotel and there’s so many spots to go walking through to eat And I just left it there like it feels homey. The rooms are super clean. You have a fridge you have a microwave you have a little kitchen at a gigantic bathroom so clean they always make sure you have everything you need. They have a nice pool. I mean the pool small but like I said, it’s really nice. They have a nice two fire pits in the front. It’s just the shame that it’s not on bigger grounds because it would be nice if it had more walking ground maybe in like walking in the back but this hotel is really really nice. Nice people. I really enjoyed myself here. Anything goes wrong they’re right on top of it. They don’t make you wait really great people a 10 out of 10 I would rate them 100.
