Close to Harding Campus Negatives - The hotel is showing its age. We've stayed in this property may time extending back to the mid-90s. The price is great, but the condition of the hotel is pushing us to switch to newer options

This property is being revitalized. They are not ready to be doing business. No hang up space. Water Faucette was stuck on hot. Sink drain was stuck closed. Overall clean. However annoying printed notes all over the hotel. Standing in the lobby area I could see 5 single page do not signs. Annoying.

I was actually sick with vertigo and just collapsed on the bed. It was very comfortable and the breakfast the next morning was excellent. Will be our go to place to stay in Searcy, AR in the future.

Front desk staff was efficient & friendly on check-in. The room was clean upon arrival, but housekeeping never replaced coffee, or cleaned, or vacuumed over the course of my 3 night stay. They replaced the towels once. I'm a pretty tidy person, so, for the price, it wasn't the worst place I've stayed. Breakfast was decent and having a balcony off the room was nice.

I always like staying here, the beds are really nice, always enjoy the hot tub. The lady who checked me in was super sweet. My stay was quiet and I liked that.
