The general manager accused me of lying about having a service dog because I didn't have a certificate of proof. Apon showing him the ADA website he did believe me and charged a pet fee. It's again ADA laws to charge for a service dog, And there is no such thing as a service dog certification

Nice pet-friendly hotey

Traveling with dogs for competition and room was nice, clean, well lit and quiet with easy access to potty area for dogs.

Made reservations online for smoking and pets. When I arrived I was up charged $140 for pets and incidentals. Not sure why. Also after seeing the condition of the hotel we decided to book elsewhere. Was told no refunds since I did it online. I'd avoid this property unless you want to book a room then get charged a totally different amount and not able to get a refund. REALLY SHADY..

We were surprised!

We were pleasantly surprised by this venue. Clean, very clean, bedding crisp and white. Mattress perfect. All NECESSARY amenities provided. Great TV service. Close to good food

When booking I requested 1st floor. When we checked in asked for first floor as well due to health issues. Was told they don’t have a first floor??? and was put in the second floor with no elevator! When we checked into the room there were no towels in the room only washcloths.The air conditioner would not work properly! Will not stay again, if you can’t accommodate you won’t get my money! We don’t ask for much but we were very dissatisfied!

When I checked in, the man at the counter gave me a lecture for booking on hotels.com. There was a $100 deposit that was not mentioned. Not a big deal, but it would have been nice to know. The sidewalks and part of the parking lot were covered in ice. Very unsafe. There was a very strong odd smell in the room. It might have been cleaner. Not sure. The heat was not on, so it was very cold, but the unit worked well, so it didn't take long to warm up. The beds were super comfy, but one of the metal frames made a lot of noise. Exhaust fan in the bathroom didn't work. The room was VERY clean, except the shower head. It was covered in gunk. Overall, good value for the money.
