The toilet looked like it was gonna break or flip over. They housekeeping service was horrible. Didn't provide us enough towels and had to keep asking for it at the Front Desk.

Gross. Felt unsafe, right next to a liquor store and sketchy people just sitting in the parking lot all night. It is around car dealerships, but down the street is a target and some food places like Five Guys and Starbucks. The convenience is the only nice part. Room smelled terrible and had stains on the sheets, toilet and walls. Would not stay here again. Internet never worked even when connected, it says no internet.

Meh it was alright.

Clean enough. Downtown location. Small quarters with minimal amenities, The beds are not that comfy and are on a metal platform bed. Every time you turn over it sounds like a metal screen door closing. Clean room though.

Was very disappointed. The walls had so much dirt the floors were not clean either. The outside chairs had poop all over them. Overall it’s a 2 stars at best. ( the bed was so uncomfortable as well)

Bed was very noisy and it was so annoying. Another issue i asked the guy in reception if there was EV charging there but he said not available meanwhile i found EV charging station in parking lot. They don’t even know anything about where they working.

We can start with the kid at the desk has a personality of a dead tree log. We got three rooms for five nights each. Our bed had blood stains on it. 227 Room 229 had two pair of worn panties on the shower curtain. They must have a drunk for house cleaning. The second floor has a linen closet left open. It had almost a fifth gone night one. When we left it had a new bottle opened and add with some Rum Chatta. But at least we could get clean towels since the office has banker hours. The phones in the room are for display. You won't call the office or 911. Cops where there half a day searching for someone. The microwave is missing some of the feet so it's all over the place if you try and use it. The refrigerator won't keep anything even below room temp. This was our fourth year staying there. It's been under renovation that long now the renovation needs renovations. We won't ever come back. It's is about as trashy as you can get.

1 night only type of room

Booked two rooms on one reservation. Didn’t have them together. Rooms and lobby have a strange smell. Patio door wouldn’t open. Front door lock was difficult to turn. Beds are rock hard and noisy. Ac in one room wasn’t working properly so the room was stuffy. Definitely could not stay here more than 1 night.

The facilities were pretty nice but the general service was alright. The cleaning quality wasn't the best, you could tell they cleaned but didn't do a very good job. We only stayed one night so I don't know about room service. The minifridge was ridiculously loud, we had to unplug it to be able to sleep and so was the AC like in every motel ever. Pillows were super uncomfortable. I would say besides that it was pretty decent.

Its a good place if you want to stay for a quick night while travelling to nearby area. I booked the room with kitchen - Good Points : The room with kitchen is spacious, staff is quick and responsive, I had an issue with refrigerator leakage, they replaced it quickly. cook tops and cabinets looked fairly new - excellent condition.The beds are comfortable . Food joints are nearby - walking distance.Aquarium is 15-20 min drive only. need improvement : it was clean-ish. no closet space in the room.The coffee maker was full of dust. Since i booked 2 rooms - it was assumed that i wont be needing utensils in one - so one room had only a pan.other one had everything including saucepan, spatula, spoons etc. you might need to carry airfreshener for the bathroom, since there is no ventilation.
