We brought our family to this property many times until moving to Minnesota years ago! It’s still just as quiet, clean and beautiful now as it was then! And the ocean view never gets old! The promenade makes for a nice walk to all the shops and beach! The next time we visit the coast, we’ll for sure be staying here! Thank you!

Thought we had reserved a room with a patio. Ours seemed to be the only room that didn't have one. Too far away from downtown. Walls were very thin. Could hear Nextdoor neighbors.

Room was very clean. I stayed in Room 104 which was ADA accessible. Next time, I will ask for a room on the second level as you cannot see the water from the first level (dunes only). Loved the deck and felt relatively safe on the lower floor. On the Prom, you cannot get better beach access!

Jetted tub was not clean, light switches were not clean. Bed is pretty uncomfortable and pillows need replaced. Counter also dirty. It’s a cute place but needs some tlc.

We had a 2nd room floor. VERY clean. Appreciated & used amenities: fan, hairdryer, fridge, microwave, pod coffee maker w/regular & decaf coffee, teas & cocoa, etc., a toaster, bathrobes & black out curtains. There were also plates, bowls, cups & utensils, dish detergent, dish towel and even a drying rack under the sink. We enjoyed the ocean view & sunsets from the balcony & later warmth of the fireplace. Bed was very comfy & water pressure in the shower was fantastic! We took walks along a path to the beach and along the promenade into town. It was a lovely and relaxing time & we will definitely stay here again.

We stayed for 2 nights and got the 2nd floor room overlooking the beach which is probably still about a quarter a mile away. It was clean, efficiently laid out with a mini fridge, microwave, toaster and keurig coffee machine. The bed was comfortable! 👍 We had no issue checking in through the sister company, Coastal Inn (I think). We were told our room would be cleaned everyday. But it did not even though we hung the service tag outside. By the time we arrived on the second day, it was pretty late (7-8pm) and there was no staff on the premise and no landline in the room. So we didn’t bother calling. Other than that, everything was as expected.

Great location, property needs some cleaning outside and some inside, window screens are damaged, replaced screens have big gaps so bugs easily get i , bed was good on one side but one side had bulges in it, weird. The room had ocean view windows but a sofa was in front of thw windows facing the bed, dumb. We wont bother staying here again.

View was amazing and balcony but when I arrived key card didn't work. Had to find maintenance guy and when he opened door the room was never cleaned. And it was check in time. Third night our keys once again stopped working had to drive all the way to office to get them fixed. Beds are also very very hard
